The scope includes:
- Suggesting and developing 2 spice blends for existing snack bases
- Advising on ingredient ratios and preparation methods
- Ensuring taste consistency and basic shelf-life stability
- Supporting small-batch production (home-scale or with local manufacturers)
- Providing ingredient lists, process steps, and rough cost estimations
Requirements:
- Experience in Indian snack development or food consulting
- Familiarity with spice-based seasoning or fusion flavor design
- Comfortable with freelance, short-term, or remote work
- Preferably based in India (any city)
