I’m building a new skincare line and need a laboratory chemist who can take me from concept to small-batch pilot runs. The range will launch with a moisturizer, a gentle cleanser, and an intensive serum, all sharing two non-negotiables: noticeable anti-aging performance and a completely fragrance-free profile.
Here’s what I’m after:
• R&D work to translate my brief into stable, compliant formulas.
• Bench samples with full documentation (pH, viscosity, microbial results, stability notes).
• Iterations until each product meets the agreed sensory feel and efficacy targets.
• A pilot-scale batch—enough to cover initial consumer testing and investor demos—manufactured under cosmetic GMP.
• A concise tech pack for each SKU, including INCI list, suggested claims language, and basic manufacturing SOPs.
If you already work with standard analytical tools (HPLC, viscometer, stability chambers) and are comfortable formulating with clinically backed actives such as peptides, bakuchiol, or low-irritation retinoids, your expertise will fit perfectly.
