Skincare Formulation R&D Partnership

I’m forming a small, agile research-and-development team to take a new line of cosmetics from concept to lab-ready formulas. The core mandate is product formulation: I need chemists and supporting specialists who can develop stable, effective, and market-ready prototypes across the full spectrum of skincare—moisturizers, serums, cleansers, and any complementary products we decide to add.

Natural ingredients must headline every recipe; plant extracts, clean actives, and eco-certifiable emulsifiers are the backbone of the brief. While the emphasis is firmly on natural inputs, I’m open to thoughtfully chosen synthetic or hypoallergenic additions if they demonstrably improve safety, performance, or shelf life.

Here’s how I see the collaboration flowing:
• Translate high-level product concepts into detailed lab briefs.
• Produce bench samples, iterate based on texture, absorption, scent, and efficacy.
• Run stability, preservative-efficacy, and basic dermatological compatibility tests, documenting each step for regulatory files.
• Supply full formula breakdowns (INCI, percentages, manufacturing steps) once a prototype is signed off.
