Reformulate Freeze-Dried Oatmeal

We import banana caramel oatmeal made with lyophilization technology. We would like to get it reformulated using dry ingredients and a standard dry blending process while maintaining the original profile/texture/nutritional values. Quote only if you can develop samples.
