I am finalising the formulation for a new food product and need a qualified food technologist to step in at the product-development stage and generate a precise macronutrient breakdown.
Your main task is to take my draft recipe (ingredient weights and processing notes supplied after award) and deliver a clear, defensible panel showing protein, fat, carbohydrate—plus any fibre and sugar sub-totals required for labelling in my region.
What I expect from you:
• Confirmation that the current formulation supports the desired nutrition claims.
• A short report explaining the data sources or software used for each value so I can keep it on file for auditors and retailers.
• Practical suggestions, if the numbers are off-target, on how small ingredient or processing tweaks could bring the macronutrient ratios in line with my goals.
I do not need full shelf-life testing or micronutrient profiling right now, but I’m open to extending the collaboration once this first milestone is complete. Accurate, well-documented calculations and clear communication will be the basis for accepting the work.
