This project requires someone with strong expertise in modern cosmetic science and a deep understanding of current global formulation standards, ingredient innovations, and regulatory compliance.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in formulating skincare products (especially cleansers, moisturizers, and SPF)
* Strong knowledge of advanced, high-performance ingredients and actives
* Familiarity with current industry trends and “clean” / effective formulation approaches
* Understanding of global regulatory standards and safety requirements
* Ability to create stable, scalable, and high-quality formulations suitable for premium positioning
