Organic Moisturizer Formulation Training

I’m seeking an experienced formulator who can mentor me through the final stretch of creating market-ready moisturizers and creams that rely exclusively on natural ingredients. I already work comfortably at an advanced level—batching small-scale prototypes, running stability tests, and navigating INCI declarations—so I’m not looking for beginner overviews. Instead, I want to sharpen the finer points that turn a good cream into a premium, shelf-stable product.

Here’s what I hope to cover together:
• Fine-tuning oil-in-water and water-in-oil emulsions for different skin types
• Selecting and validating natural emulsifiers, rheology modifiers, and preservative systems that comply with EcoCert/COSMOS
• Troubleshooting texture, viscosity drift, and pH creep during accelerated stability and real-time testing
• Scaling from 100 g lab batches to pilot runs while retaining texture and sensorial qualities
• Documentation best practices: PIF, CPSR inputs, challenge-test interpretation, and compliant label copy

Delivery can be a mix of live video sessions (recorded for later reference), annotated formulas, and short follow-up email consults. By the end, I expect at least two fully vetted base formulas—one rich cream, one lightweight lotion—plus a repeatable framework I can apply to new variants.
