I’m taking an idea from scratch and turning it into a fully-formed product, and I need a partner who can walk me through every key stage. Right now the concept is still flexible, so your first task will be to help me refine the value proposition and confirm market fit through lean research and competitor analysis. From there we will translate the findings into a requirements document and a visual or functional prototype that investors and early testers can react to.
I’m especially interested in someone who has shepherded new offerings from concept through launch before and is comfortable balancing creative brainstorming with practical constraints like manufacturability, cost, and timelines. If you can move easily between user-centric research, specification writing, and early prototyping tools—whether that’s Figma, CAD, low-code platforms, or rapid manufacturing techniques—you’ll be a great fit.
By the end of the engagement I expect:
• A concise market and competitor report
• A validated product concept with clear feature list and positioning
• Prototype files or a working MVP ready for first-round feedback
• A high-level roadmap outlining next development and launch steps
