Build a demonstrable prototype—or MVP if software—that proves the main mechanics work. It doesn’t have to be production-ready, but it should let us gather feedback and confirm feasibility.
• Road-mapping & Next Steps
Provide a short roadmap that highlights improvements, resource estimates, and milestones so I can plan funding and timelines confidently.
