Being Bangalore-based, I’d like a formulator who can collaborate locally—brainstorming in person when necessary, helping source regional ingredients, and guiding pilot runs with nearby co-packers. Your main tasks will be to fine-tune the recipe, establish precise ingredient ratios, suggest suitable natural sweeteners or botanical stimulants, and document the full nutritional panel for FSSAI submission.
Once the lab samples hit the right taste and stability targets, I’ll need support through small-batch production so we can validate shelf life and scale the process confidently.
