Liquid Pesticide Formulation Development
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’m seeking a chemist with solid, hands-on experience formulating agrochemicals to create pesticides. The active ingredient has already been selected; what I need now is a stable, sprayable formulation with good shelf-life, rain-fastness, and compatibility with standard application equipment.
Your role will involve choosing the right solvents, surfactants, wetting agents, and other auxiliaries, then refining concentrations through lab trials until the product meets industry benchmarks for viscosity, dispersion, and stability. If you have previously worked with liquid formats such as EC, SC, or SL, please make that clear—your track record in this specific space matters most to me.
Deliverables I expect:
• A complete formulation recipe with precise percentages and recommended raw-material grades
• Step-by-step manufacturing procedure suitable for pilot-scale production
• Basic stability data (accelerated and ambient) plus any efficacy or compatibility notes you can supply
• A draft Safety Data Sheet that aligns with current regulatory standards
We can communicate remotely, and if you have the ability to prepare and courier small lab samples for verification, that’s a bonus. When you reply, focus on your direct experience developing liquid pesticide formulations and the particular successes or challenges you’ve solved—no need for elaborate proposals, just evidence that you’ve done the work before and can do it again.
