I want to bring a handcrafted bar soap to market that highlights the clean, calming aroma of lavender essential oil and nothing else. The vision is a gentle, moisturizing bar made with natural, skin-friendly ingredients, free from synthetic fragrances or colourants.
To get there, I need a full formulation package:
• A cold-process recipe with exact oil, lye, and liquid percentages that lets lavender essential oil remain stable and fragrant through cure.
• Step-by-step, small-batch manufacturing notes (temperatures, trace, pour, gel phase control, cure schedule).
• Recommended suppliers for cosmetic-grade lavender EO and base oils available in North America and Europe.
• Basic safety and EU/US labelling guidance so the bar is compliant from day one.
• Quality checks I can run at home—pH range, hardness, visual defects—to confirm each test batch meets spec before scaling up.
