Clean, skin-friendly ingredient decks are equally important, so the work must balance performance with a preference for natural or organic actives whenever possible.
Here’s what I’ll rely on you to do:
• Map out shade ranges for each category, aligned to Indian skin tones.
• Develop stable, climate-resistant formulations and detailed Bills of Materials.
• Recommend raw material suppliers, outline testing protocols and flag any BIS or local FDA compliance steps.
I’ll provide brand positioning, target price points and consumer insights; you’ll translate them into pilot batches, iteration notes and final tech packs ready for scale-up with a contract manufacturer.
