Hydration Sachet Formulation Help

I’m taking a premium electrolyte powder from “promising” to “production-ready” and I need a formulation specialist to guide that last mile. The concept is similar to LMNT or Liquid IV, but tailored for the Indian market; I already have a draft ingredient list and target electrolyte profile.

The first priority is optimising taste and flavour-masking so the final drink comes through pleasantly sweet without any lingering mineral bite. Once the flavour is locked in, I want the same careful eye on ingredient ratios, solubility, shelf stability and, of course, full compliance with current FSSAI guidelines for powdered beverages.
