High-End Polo & Tee Production

I am launching a premium menswear clothing brand and have a rough design concept for a men’s polo shirt and matching shorts set.

I am looking for an experienced clothing product development specialist who can take my concept and manage the entire process from design refinement through to manufacturing.

I want one person who can oversee the complete project and be responsible for delivering a production-ready product that matches the original vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design & Product Development

• Review my rough design and reference images
• Improve and refine the design where necessary
• Recommend fabrics, trims and finishes
• Ensure the garment has a premium look and feel
• Prepare manufacturing-ready specifications

Tech Pack Creation

• Create a complete professional tech pack
• Technical drawings (front, back and side views)
• Size charts and grading
• Fabric specifications
• Trim specifications
• Branding and logo placement
• Colourways
• Construction details

Factory Sourcing

• Source suitable manufacturers
• Obtain quotations from multiple factories
• Compare pricing, quality and MOQs
• Negotiate with suppliers
• Recommend the best manufacturing partner

Sample Development

• Coordinate sample production
• Review sample quality
• Manage revisions
• Ensure samples match specifications

Production Management

• Manage communication with factory
• Oversee production process
• Ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor quality throughout production

Quality Control

• Verify garment measurements
• Inspect stitching quality
• Check fabric quality
• Verify branding and finishing
• Ensure final products match approved samples

DELIVERABLES

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years experience in apparel manufacturing
