Freelance Luxury Footwear Designer
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m building Noemie, a women’s footwear label that celebrates refined, wearable luxury, and I’m ready to bring a talented designer on board. Our very first capsule will concentrate on workwear heels—sleek silhouettes that feel as confident in a boardroom as they do at an evening reception. Party or bridal ranges will follow once the core line is in motion, but your immediate brief is to shape that modern, office-to-after-hours statement heel.
Here’s how we’ll collaborate:
• You sketch fresh concepts that sit comfortably beside leading luxury brands while remaining unmistakably Noemie.
• We review the sketches together, lock the final range, and turn them into detailed tech packs ready for sampling.
• You help source leathers, satins or other signature materials locally (Delhi-NCR proximity makes factory visits and swatch hunts easier, but remote coordination is fine if you already have supplier networks).
• During development you liaise directly with the manufacturer, refining lasts, heel heights and trims until the samples meet our aesthetic and comfort standards.
What I need to see from you is experience—previous footwear collections, internships, or freelance projects that prove you understand construction, luxury finishing, and the rhythm of a design calendar. If you studied at FDDI or a similar institute, great; if you’re self-taught but your portfolio shines, that works too. Show me the heel shapes you love, the materials you’ve mastered, and the factories you’ve worked with.
Deliverables
1. Initial concept sketches for 3–4 workwear heel styles.
2. Finalised tech packs with material call-outs and specs.
3. Sourcing sheet listing vendors for uppers, linings, hardware and packaging.
4. Sample oversight notes and fit feedback until factory prototypes are approved.
I value clear communication, timely hand-offs, and a genuine passion for footwear craft. If you’re excited to help build a brand from the ground up, let’s start the conversation.
