I’m ready to move from concept to shelf with a liquid energy drink that delivers sharper mental focus relying solely on natural ingredients. I have a clear vision of the positioning and target consumer; what I need is a food technologist who can translate that vision into a stable, great-tasting formula and a repeatable production process.
Your role starts at bench scale: selecting clean-label cognitive boosters, sweeteners, acids, colours and natural preservatives that work together for both function and flavour. From there, I’ll count on you to fine-tune pH, Brix, carbonation level (if recommended), and mouthfeel so the drink holds up through shelf-life testing without compromising taste or the “natural” claim.
Once the lab sample is dialled in, I’ll need the full technical package—finalised ingredient statement, nutritional panel, manufacturing method (hot-fill, tunnel pasteurisation or alternative), and a draft HACCP flow. Please also flag any regulatory watch-outs for North America and EU markets and suggest realistic MOQ-friendly co-packers where possible.
