Food Technologist Needed for 180 ml Energy Drink (Formula + 500 Can Pilot)

Hi! We’re a student team from Shiv Nadar University, building a new 180 ml energy drink called Blaze for our Venture Lab program.

We’ve already finished:
• Branding & packaging
• Can manufacturer finalised
• Ingredient list ready
• Three flavours decided: Mixed Berry, Lemon, Peach

We now need a food technologist who can help us:
1. Finalise the formula for our drink
2. Guide us in making a small test batch
3. Help us prepare for filling 500 cans with our manufacturer
4. Ensure the recipe is safe, tasty, and FSSAI-friendly

This is a student project, not a commercial setup — we just need expert support to turn our ingredients into a proper, balanced formulation.

Timeline: Now until February
Scope:
• 2–3 litre trial batch
• Final formula
• Support during the 500-can pilot run
