I need a complete formulation for a liquid/powder, multi-purpose household cleaner that relies on biodegradable ingredients only. The end product should wash countertops, glass, and light grease without leaving residue or harmful after-effects in drains or on skin.
What I am looking for:
• A detailed recipe showing each ingredient, its exact percentage by weight, and its function in the formula.
• Step-by-step production procedure that could be followed in a small pilot batch (5 L) and scaled to manufacturing volumes.
• Guidance on sourcing the chosen biodegradable raw materials, preferably with at least two supplier options per key ingredient.
• Data or references that demonstrate expected pH, viscosity, and shelf-life, plus simple tests I can run to confirm stability.
• Any regulatory or labeling considerations for an eco-friendly claim in major markets (US, EU).
