Dermatologist Needed: Teen Skincare Audit

Job ID: 39842853

Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR

I’m building Toodle’O, a skincare line designed specifically for teenagers, and I’m ready for a board-certified dermatologist to validate every formula before we move to pilot batches. The focus is acne-prone and oily teen skin, so ingredient safety and exclusions sit at the heart of this assignment.

You will be asked to keep endocrine disruptors, phthalates and overly strong actives off the table, while helping me decide which milder acids, niacinamide levels or botanical extracts truly make sense for this age group. Because we plan to sell in India first, your feedback must align with local OTC guidelines as well as global best practices, ensuring the claims we print on pack (oil-control, blemish-prevention, non-comedogenic) can stand up to regulatory scrutiny.

To keep the collaboration structured, here’s what I’ll look for:

• A written safety review for each formulation, highlighting any questionable raw materials and proposing substitutes or adjusted percentages.
• A concise memo on allowable dermatological claims and the scientific rationale behind them, including references to Indian BIS standards or relevant OTC monographs.
• A one-page advisory note on marketing copy and educational content so that our teen audience—and their parents—receive accurate, age-appropriate guidance.

I can share full ingredient decks, supplier COAs and preliminary stability data as soon as we kick off. If you’re comfortable working through Google Docs or similar collaborative tools and can turn around initial feedback within ten days, let’s talk.
