Cosmetologist for Custom Skincare Line
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m building a new skincare brand and need an experienced cosmetologist or formulation chemist to co-create the first collection. The line will cover everyday basics—think gentle cleansers, balanced moisturisers and a lightweight serum—plus a couple of targeted products that tackle acne flare-ups and help minimise tanning-related discolouration.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Concept-to-lab-ready formulas for each product, complete with percentages, pH targets and preservation systems.
• Guidance on actives, botanicals or any other ingredients that will give reliable results; I’m open to both natural/organic extracts and proven chemical actives, so feel free to recommend what works best.
• Stability and safety test protocols I can hand straight to a contract manufacturer.
• Basic regulatory notes (INCI names, suggested claims, required warnings) suitable for global compliance.
I’d like to review and iterate on small-batch prototypes until the textures, absorption and scent profiles feel on brand.
