Chemist Needed for Feasibility Study & Formulation of a Heat-Generating Reaction

I’m looking for an experienced chemist to support an early-stage R&D project involving a controlled heat-generating (exothermic) reaction.
The goal is to evaluate feasibility, propose a safe and efficient formulation, and guide the initial technical direction.

Responsibilities:
• Assess the suitability and safety of a moisture-activated exothermic reaction
• Analyze different inorganic reaction pathways and compare heat output
• Propose formulation options with clear ratios and expected performance
• Define reaction control parameters (temperature, activation behaviour, duration)
• Provide safety considerations and technical documentation
• Work under NDA and maintain strict confidentiality

Requirements:
• Strong background in inorganic chemistry
• Experience with exothermic reactions (e.g., CaO/MgO hydration systems or similar)
• Ability to deliver clear technical reports
• Experience in product development or applied chemistry is a plus
• Good communication and availability for milestone-based work
