We are looking for an experienced Fashion Product Development, Sourcing & Production Manager for a premium contemporary womenswear brand. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage the process from reference images and designer coordination to factory sourcing, sample development, revisions, and bulk production follow-up.
You must have real experience in:
womenswear product development
supplier and factory sourcing
fabric and trim selection
sample development and revisions
factory communication and production follow-up
private label / OEM / ODM production
cost review and production feasibility
This role also includes evaluating and shortlisting designers and manufacturers, coordinating communication, and helping move styles from concept to production-ready execution.
