Aloe RTD Beverage Formulation
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m developing a light, refreshing 300 ml ready-to-drink aloe hydration beverage and need a seasoned formulation partner to take it from concept to a plant-ready recipe.
Your first focus will be dialing in the base formula: selecting the ideal aloe source, balancing flavour and mouthfeel, and locking pH into the safe zone while staying strictly with natural sweeteners and keeping the recipe 100 % vegan-friendly. Because we plan to run a cold-fill line, we’ll rely on a clean-label preservative strategy and tight micro control, so your insight into hurdle technology and shelf-life modelling (≈3 months ambient) is critical.
Once the bench sample is approved, I’ll look to you to:
• validate the formula through accelerated shelf-life testing,
• specify the PET-compatible processing workflow (including any short-time pasteurisation or equivalent pre-fill steps necessary to hit microbial targets),
• outline a costed ingredient deck with commercial suppliers, and
• recommend tweaks that keep COGS low without sacrificing quality.
