sim racing active Seat Belt Restraint Prototype Design

I'm working on a prototype for an innovative active seat belt restraint system for cars and I need help with the housing design. I will provide you with the housing dimension. On the top there will be 2 slots for seat belts and overall it’ll be a rectangular box, but I need you to design the box with vents and logo. Attached you’ll fine some sample of what an existing products looks like
Key Requirements:

- Experience in prototype development.
Ideally, the candidate should also have knowledge in material science that allows them to balance the need for durability and flexibility in the design, while keeping it lightweight.
