product designer for toys

As a toy manufacturer, I am looking for a creative individual to help me design a product that will bring enjoyment to children ages 4-12. The product will ideally be a water gun design and should be fun and engaging for youngsters. I am open to any ideas that you may have but am also open to suggestions from you. At the end of the project, I am expecting a design that can delivered within a short timeframe and is suitable for the given age range. If you have previous experience in toy design and can bring creativity and innovation to my project, I would love to have you on board.
