3D printed casing for custom PCB and 2 AA batteries
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I would like to have a casing designed for a custom PCB which would also hold two AA battery.
The PCB dimensions are :
width: 25mm
length: 40mm
length including the keep-out zone: 48mm
thickness PCB: 1.6mm
thickness top components: 6mm
thickness bottom components: 2mm
two mounting holes diameter: 2mm
The batteries should not enter the Keep out zone.
The batteries should be connected in series and have wire connecters of diameter 0.8mm

It should also have an opening as recommended in example 2 of page 5 from the design guide Sensirion_Temperature_Sensors_Design_Guide_V1.pdf
The housing should be designed to be 3d printed and the material to be used should be specified.
The deliverables are the 3d designs of all parts in a format that I can send to a 3D printer and the source file.
Free and open source software should be used.
