I have built a small UV projector. The purpose of this is to project UV light into small items like jewelry to engrave designs. The UV light is a 100W LED. The light goes through a mask [2 prepared 2x2 negative slide], through lens[es], and onto the target.
I need an optical engineer to design the necessary optical system such that I can set the size of the image to be smaller than the mask size, AND then focus the image sharply on the target. In addition to the specification of of the lenses, I need either a source to buy them from, or sufficient technical information so I can find a supplier.
The mask will contain images that are about 4mm high, and I need to reduce that image to about 1-2mm high. I do not need any fancy drawings, but I do need at least a sketch showing the relative position of light source, mask and target, as well as position of each lens required.
If you can do this, please quote the cost, and the time you will need to complete the job.
