need enclosure for circuit board

Need to make a circular enclosure with a screw on top to house a circuit board. Must be about 6.8 mm height, 1.6 inches in diameter and must be very light weight. Also must have a charging port for a micro usb. There also needs to be some holders that will go above the board to keep it in place. The space below the holders should be about .045 inches. The board itself is about 1.574 inches in diameter, so it must fit in the enclosure. Please keep the thickness of the walls very thin. Some pictures are attached for a better understanding.
