mechanical design and fabrication

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can assist me with the mechanical design and fabrication of a consumer product for motorcycle helmets.

Design Requirements:
- I have detailed specifications that need to be followed throughout the project.
- You should be able to design plastic parts as well as metal springs, and fabricate both.
- The freelancer should have experience in working with specific design requirements and be able to incorporate them into the final product.

Materials:
- The fabrication should primarily involve the use of plastics.
- The freelancer should have knowledge and expertise in working with plastics and be able to select the appropriate materials for the design.
- Please let me know if you have 3D printers in house and if you can also fabricate simple springs (or purchase them) and then fabricate samples (all actual costs are paid by me)

Function and Use:
- The intended use of the design is for a consumer product, specifically MOROYCYCLE HELMET
- The freelancer should have experience in designing and fabricating products for consumer applications.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in mechanical design and fabrication techniques
- Knowledge and experience working with plastics
- Previous experience designing and fabricating consumer products

Project payment is made when you complete fabrication of 4 units with the approval of me and deliver the samples to me in the USA. Costs for parts and shipping is paid to you as you need it.

This requires that you purchase full-face motorcycle helmets (again we pay for that in advance for you)

This is a patented product, so a patent number can be provided to you for detailed teaching of what is needed.
