A manual cell tray seeder like terratech

I'm looking for someone to create a manual cell tray seeder like terratech, thpugh i want it to be able to be able to plant 5 green pea seeds in one cell at a time. I want to be able to 3d print the parts and contruct it with minimal hardware. The seeder will be used for vegetable seeds, and needs to be a manual piece of equipment. This is an important part of my farm operations, so I'm looking for a creative yet reliable engineer to build a quality product. I'm open to discussing further details with anyone interested in the job.
