Hi!
I would like to hire the development of an electronic switch with RGB Led board based on an ESP32 according to the following…

Features:
• ESP32-CAM taken 1:1 as a breadboard, do not redesign
• RGB LED
• Push button
• 2 interconnected USB power supplies (one for programming)
• Rfid tag UHF-U9
• Magnet
• 3D Enclosure

Enclosure
• Two lateral pieces for screwing
• The enclosure will be attached below a shelf, looking at boxes below it.
• Camera and distance meter are placed looking downwards.
• LED and Push are placed on the lateral, towards the eyes of an operator)

Functionality:
• The eCam will hold thanks to the magnet on maetallic sutfaces or can also be scrwed
• The eCam will be identified from outside thanks to the RFID tag.
• The enclosure will be black in general and milky around the LED.

Schematics:
• The price of the materials will be paid as an extra milestone and is not part of the price set for this project in Freelancer.
• I do not have any electrical design.
• You can design whatever CAD program you feel comfortable with (Altium, EasyEDA, Eagle...)

Mi biggest concerns:
• Lowest possible thickness has to be achieved
• Deep sleep optimization (Battery should ideally last several months): Estimated usages over wifi per day: 30.

Delivery:
• Timeline: 45 days
• You shall design, order a PCB and SMT mounting service, solder/assemble additional components and test.
• You shall design a 3D-printed enclosure for the boards
• Before any final design you have to please contact me for the OK.
• You shall provide the CAD-Schematics for the pcb and the 3D enclosure.
• You shall provide all necessary test functions of the board, written in Arduino IDE
• You shall deliver 10 full working devices, mounted in their enclosures, ready to be used.

The project will be paid in 3 milestones:
• 30% once all designs (pcb, enclosure, firmware and test functions) are provided
• 30% once all three pcbs are shown onviodeo to work
• 40% + 100% material costs + 100% UPS parcel costs, once all pcbs are delivered to me
• Please notice from my profile, that I have already run 127 projects, all with 5 Stars, which demonstrates I am a serious guy.

Time schedule:
• Day 0 - 15: You provide all designs and fw proposal with test functions --> 1st milestone
• Day 15 - 18: You order the pcb + mounting, and order the extra components (battery, EPD, Qi...) - Day 18 - 25: You start designing the enclosure
• Day 35: you get the prototypes
• Day 35 - 45: You mount the rest of components, test, correct, test... and show video --> 2nd milestone
• Day 45: You send the parcel
• Day 50 - 55: I get the prototypes and test them --> 3rd milestone
