design of optical fiber optical network terminal

I am in need of a designer who can create an optical fiber optical network terminal for a commercial environment. The required capacity of the terminal is up to 10Gbps. While I do not have specific design requirements or constraints, I do have some preferences. However, I am open to suggestions if you have any. Ideal skills and experience for this job include knowledge of optical network terminals, experience in designing for commercial environments, and proficiency in creating high-speed networking solutions.
