I am looking for a skilled professional to design a helical gear transmission for an industrial machinery application. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing gear transmissions and be familiar with working with exact dimensions.
Skills and experience needed for this project include:
- Proficiency in gear transmission design
- Knowledge of helical gear design principles
- Ability to work with specific dimensions provided by the client
- Experience in designing gear transmissions for industrial machinery applications
The project involves designing a helical gear transmission that meets the exact dimensions provided by the client. The gear transmission will be used in an industrial machinery application, so it is important that the candidate has experience in this field.
The gearbox shall realize a reduction drive be-
tween an electric motor and the driven machine. It must have a cast iron housing and horizontal arrangement, with both
shafts positioned at the same height. In- and output shafts shall be parallel and located on opposite sides. Connecting to
clutches shall be realized by key joints. Housing must have features for attachment to the ground, positioning of top and
bottom part, top part removal (e.g. eyebolt), lubricant level check, drainage and refill.
