M and e design

I am looking for an experienced designer to design the M and E (Mechanical and Electrical) design of a small building, less than 1,000 square feet in size. Working with a limited budget, I need this project completed within a month from the beginning of the job. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles and experience designing and developing integrated M and E systems for buildings. Great attention to detail and proficient communication skills are a must, as is the ability to work within tight deadlines.
