360 camera prototype

I am looking for someone to help me create a functional prototype of a 360 camera, together with the PCB design, static cooling, enclosure and a 3D model. The prototype should be highly detailed. I need someone who is experienced in creating intricate and highly detailed functional prototypes, as precision is of the utmost importance. This project will require a considerable amount of time, so only apply if you have the capability of dedicating yourself to a project of this level of detail. The device will have the following components:
Coral SOM
front and back Camera (with and without IR cut)
front and back IR LEDs (only when the camera has IR cut)
front and back Radar (system on chip)
front and back Microphone
front Thermal sensor/camera
3 x Coral TPU
4/5G module
SD Card, USB C (Data), USB C (Charge)
Battery

You'll need to design the heat sink and the enclosure as well. 3D model is a must.
