Wooden Tactical Walking Stick Creation

I'm seeking a skilled carpenter or craftsman to create a custom-made, tactical walking stick(twc) for me. This TWC is steel capped, lead packed, 18" club that hides an 8" knife attached to a 3' oak shaft. I would also like for it to be screwed on so certain sections can be taken off or added on to
This project's absolute requirements are:
- You will need 2 3' oak dowels, a bayonet or good knife, a steel pipe, some lead, glue, rubber, apoxy and a few other odds and ends.
- hidden release / catch mechanism for hidden knife
The ideal candidate for this project would possess:
- Exceptional woodworking skills.
- Experience in creative and practical design.
- Knowledge of basic safety protocols when dealing with sharp objects.
