Women's Activewear Shorts Design

I'm looking for an experienced activewear designer to create women's shorts with the following features:

- Made from a nylon-spandex blend.
- Small plastic lining around the legs that stick to skin naturally to prevent riding up.
- Scrunch bottom design.
- Crossover feature in front.
- Available in solid colors.
- Size range: XS to XL.

- Expertise in activewear design
- Familiarity with nylon-spandex materials
- Experience with anti-ride-up features and scrunch designs
- Knowledge of color theory and solid color palettes
- Ability to create inclusive size ranges
