Hello,
I’m reaching out with a project to create a custom water pitcher design and would like to commission a drawing package that my manufacturer can use for reference.
The pitcher I envision is crafted from polished stainless steel with a clean, minimalist form and slight pencil-round edges. It features an open spout at the top, and I would like the head of the jug to be detachable from the base to make cleaning and filling more convenient. The jug is single-walled, with a thickness of 1.2-1.5mm stainless steel.
To prevent leaking at the seam between the head and base, I am open to your suggestions and would value your expertise in finding an effective solution.
The preferred manufacturing process for this design involves laser cutting, folding, and welding. I look forward to your input on refining the design and moving forward with this project.
