Update 3D Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Design Concept:
The design should be compact, comfortable, and secure to wear on a belt. The components will be enclosed in a lightweight, durable case with compartments to hold each sensor and the microcontroller. The design should also consider ease of access for charging the battery and maintaining the device.
Design Breakdown:
1. Main Enclosure:
* Material: Lightweight plastic or composite material.
Components and Dimensions:
1. BME280 sensor// Product Dimensions : 0.59 x 0.39 x 0.04 inches; 0.71 ounces
2. ICM-20948 sensor // Product Dimensions: 25.7mm x 17.7mm x 4.6mm / 1.0" x 0.7" x 0.2"
3. Huzzah32 // Product Dimensions: 51.0mm x 22.7mm x 7.3mm / 2.0" x 0.9" x 0.3"
4. Battery // Dimensions: 60mm x 36mm x 7mm / 2.4" x 1.4" x 0.3"
The last design is integrated all components expect the BME280 sensor. So the new design should include all components and each component should place securely. The design should be has two holes to wear it with a belt.
