Sparkling Wine Filler Machine Design to develop from our prototype, using a pneumatic system
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
I'm looking for a mechanical engineer who can develop a design based on our existing prototype, using pneumatic moving parts for increased speed and reliability.
Key Requirements:
- Design for a semi-automated filling process, based on a pre-existing prototype
- Complete machine will incorporate pressurised CO2 delivery, a vacuum pump and compressor driven pneumatics.
-Design will be for fabrication.
Required skills and experience:
- Mechanical engineering
- Design for manufacturing
- Precision engineering

I must emphasise the importance of previous experience in producing work for manufacture - this is a real machine, the next generation of a prototyping process that is already in progress. If you have not had anything built yet, do not contact us,
