Silicone moulding - shoe

I am looking for someone to help me with a silicone moulding project. Specifically, I am looking to mould shoes using medical grade silicone. I do not currently have the moulds designed and created yet, so I am open to suggestions on what will be necessary for the job. I need someone with the knowledge and experience to be able to handle the production and manufactory of the moulds and ensure that the final product meets my specifications. The biggest challenge is to integrate sensors in the shoe.
