I'm looking for a skilled and experienced designer to help me create a unique shoulder bag design. This design will be used for manufacturing and will require several iterations.

Key Points:
- Creation of 8-10 different files/views: These will be essential for the manufacturing process, so attention to detail is crucial.
- Material: The primary material for this bag will be synthetic. Experience and knowledge in working with synthetic materials is a plus.
- Design Elements: The key design elements for this bag are Pockets and compartments, Strap style and adjustability, and Additional design details. It is important that the final design reflects these elements cohesively.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in designing shoulder bags (portfolio or previous work samples would be great)
- Proficiency in design software to create detailed files/views
