Shin Pad Design for Manufacturing

I am searching for a product designer with experience in sports equipment, specifically hockey shin pad. The purpose of the design is to serve as a manufacturing reference. The scope of this project requires detailing the length and width measurements of the shin pad. It's crucial that the designer has a sound understanding of the material, ergonomic, and safety requirements for such a product.
