Sand Casting Mould Design

We have a number of sand cast parts that we want to begin making our own moulds in house. We need someone with expertise in sand casting mould design for both aluminum and cast iron parts with understanding of basic mould design practices and proper design to accommodate for material shrink rates. The parts are not overly complicated, however we are only interested in working with someone who has experience in this. We will handle this as a quote by part project and if you can produce success then you can be our ongoing partner for creating all our new mould designs.
