Raspberry Pi Case

I'd like to design a custom Raspberry Pi 4 B case. Here is the explanation of the project:
I currently have an Argon ONE M.2 case (https://argon40.com/products/argon-one-m-2-case-for-raspberry-pi-4) that is split into two parts. The top part consists of a power button/gpio cover/ port converter and repositionier. I'd like to keep and utilize this part of the case.
The bottom part is plastic, and contains an M2 NVME SSD case that connects to the pi through a usb bridge. It's great but I like to add on it.
I want to add the following functionality to the pi, while still using the top part of the argon case. I'm fine if the height of the final design gets considerably bigger.
1) I want to add UPS functionality (possibly with the UPS Plus (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09NKFYHVK) having all ports visible as much as possible to use as needed
2) I want to add a front facing lcd and usb ports (similar to this project: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5164703 & https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5158664 & https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4853999)
3) I want to add a 2.5 in hdd support (using an X825 v2 board X825 V2.0 https://www.amazon.com//dp/B091JSRQ9C) and then use 2 x usb male to male cables to connect the 2.5 hdd and the argon m2 ssd to the raspberry pi's original usb 3 ports on the back (not the newly added ones on the front)
So as a final result, a tall argon one case (looking like this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4972055) that includes argon's hdmi's converter, argon's fan & power, argon's m2 board, new 2.5 hdd, ups, additional front usb ports, front lcd screen. Everything will be going in through the case, powered through usb c, and the only cables visible will be the 2 usb to usb cables connecting the hard disks (unless you can suggest something internal to hide them?)
Please let me know your thoughts, if this is doable, how much would it cost and time. I would need open source files (for future editing & printing) and possible places where I can order this to be printed online. I'd like to have this fully aluminum.
