Prototype into Manufacturing
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Functioning prototype exists. I require the following:
1- Device components that I will ask you to use (same as the prototype) must be designed by you to allow a factory to assemble the same for each device (no customized circuit or PCB required in order to optimize costs). Design must be optimized for mass production: design must dictate how the outsourced components will be connected together, and in a fashion that would allow it to fit inside the required 3D mold. Prototype was soldered together without an enclosure, but for mass production I want you to create a blueprint for factory mass production using the same components that the factory should outsource and assemble into a connected single board that they will fit into the designed enclosure that you will also optimize.
2 - 3D exterior design exists. Must be optimized and finetuned to incorporate the internal components and for enclosure production (internal design to fit components is not made).
3- Your help will be required to communicate with Chinese factories to make this happen so such experience is required from your end.
