Prototype design and final product

I am looking for someone to design a prototype and final product for an electronic device. I have a specific style and theme in mind, and the project is relatively simple I believe bc it has only 2 electronic components which are blue/UV Light and socket plug. There is currently a product on the market from proctor and Gamble called vevo flying insect trap and that is exactly what I'm trying to create with my own design and style, but if you need an example of what I'm trying to create, check out the Zevo flying trap, you plug it in and there's a blue / UV light that attracts flies and with in the Shell of the product there's a glue board that is replaceable that the flies get stuck to. I'm attaching three files, one is the Zevo product itself that you can check out, raid just came out with the same exact product which I'm attaching and one is a drawing of what I'm trying to create, which is basically the same thing that looks different.
