Product designer

We are a home and gfttware company and I am looking for someone who can help us put together future collections. We need help to plan ahead what we want to release, understands trends, can come up with very unique ideas and/work with director to make her ideas come to life. For example we are looking to add some candles, bags, textile products to a new collection but need someone who can help us with the design aspect, taking into account trends, target market, competition.
