Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Industrial Designer to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing products that meet the needs of our diverse clientele. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop concepts for new products or enhance existing ones.
Create Prototypes: Develop sketches, renderings, and 3D models to represent the design visually. Build physical prototypes for testing and validation.
User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and apply human-centered design principles to ensure products meet user needs and expectations.
Technical Documentation: Produce detailed drawings and specifications that can be used by engineers and manufacturers to produce the product.
Collaborate with Manufacturing: Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure that designs are feasible and cost-effective to produce.
Quality Assurance: Ensure designs meet industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
Present Ideas and Concepts: Communicate designs effectively to stakeholders through presentations and visual aids.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and competitive products to continually innovate and improve.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.
Experience: 3 experience in industrial or product design.
Software Proficiency: Knowledge in design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, KeyShot, or equivalent.
Skills: Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio showcasing innovative design work, including concept sketches, 3D models, and final products.
